Company’s Code Of Conduct (COC)
- 1. **Child Labor**: The use of child labor is strictly prohibited.
- 2. **Forced Labor and Modern Slavery**: All forms of forced labor, whether overt or covert, are not tolerated.
- 3. **Discrimination**: Discrimination in any form is unacceptable.
- 4. **Harassment and Abuse**: Any form of harassment or abuse is strictly prohibited.
- 5. **Unauthorized Subcontracting**: Unauthorized subcontracting, including Tier 2 operations regardless of brand affiliation, is not allowed.
- 6. **Access to Records**: Failure to provide access to records or allow interviews with workers, or any refusal that obstructs the social compliance audit process, is unacceptable.
- 7. **Shared Facilities**: Sharing a building is not permitted unless approved by the Head of Compliance. This includes any factory owned by a different owner located in the same building or factories situated in buildings that house shops or markets.
- 8. **Residential Purposes**: Factories should not be located in buildings approved for residential use.
- 9. **Unethical Practices**: Any unethical practices, including bribery in cash or kind to facilitate any process, are strictly prohibited.
